Taboo Rapper who is best known as the member of ‘Black Eye Peas’ and a great actor, artist and Dj opened up in his latest interview about his tough battle with testicular cancer. He is a great American hip hop recording artist who thought his cancer symptoms were the flu. The 41 years old man who is very popular in his stage performances by the name of Taboo spoke about his private health battle on cancer in his latest interview. His real name is Jaime Luis Gomez and he is very famous for his stage performances.
In 2014, he released his solo single Zumbao which is all about having fun and full of positive energies. And two days before on Wednesday he has released the single “The Fight” about on his successful battle against testicular cancer. The song track was made in the partnership with the American Cancer Society, for which taboo is a global ambassador. About the song Taboo said, he is so proud to release The Fight this song is truly an anthem of survivorship. He has also mentioned that with the help of this song he wants to inspire and motivate the people all over the world to live their life healthiest and enjoy every moment of their lives.
Taboo also mentioned in his latest interview that, his cancer symptoms were the flu. and it all started with a pain i his back and abdomen. He was so busy with his work so he went to the emergency room to checked out and he came to know after all the tests, that he was diagnosed with the stage 2 testicular cancer. After this, the very next day he went into surgery to have mother ship removed but he came to know his fight had been started. His all family members and the group members were in shock and were not ready to accept the truth but he instantly reached out a great doctor who helped him to figure it out a treatment plan. He also mentioned that his race was against the clock but after the 12 weeks of “intense, aggressive”chemotherapy now he is cancer-free.
He said after ” I told i was cancer free in September 2014, I and my wife decided to have one more child”. “My daughter is a miracle baby” he added in his recent interview.
Taboo wanted to keep this fighting experience in his life and wanted to boost up cancer patient so that they can feel motivated that is the reason he joined American Cancer Society and released his first track “The Fight” which shows his cancer experience.
