According to the latest report from CBSE, the board will make the admit card link active on its official website which is out today on 28th of December, 2016. Now students can download their admit card from its official website of CBSE i.e cbse.nic.in. As they have already uploaded and made the admit card, it can be easily downloaded.

Though the admit card was supposed to get released on 21st of December this month, but somehow it got delayed. The Central Board of Secondary Education is going to conduct UGC-NET 2017 on January 22nd, 2017 so, the candidates are advised to download their admit card now as it is available now on its official website.

According to the CBSE Board Exam Guidelines, Candidate should reach the examination hall half an hour before the exam starts along with their admit cards. As without admit cards candidates are not allowed to sit for the board examination. Thus, it is very important for the students to download their admit card soon from its official website.

The exam will be conducted in 84 subjects in 90 countries in all over the country. According to the examination schedule, the UGC NET January 2017 will consist of three papers. While the first and the second exam will be of 100 marks each, the Third exams will be of 150 marks. The duration of the first board exam paper will be from 9.30 am to 10.45 am. And the second exam will be held from 11.15 am to 12.30 pm and the third exam will be held from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm on Sunday, 22nd of January, 2017.

To determine the eligibility of the candidates for the posts of Assistant professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) the CBSE conducts UGC National Eligibility Test (NET0 two times in a year. Candidates who have scored 55% in their master’s degree are eligible for this NET exam.

Candidates who qualify for the JRN are eligible to pursue the research in the subject of their post-graduation or in the related subject and are also eligible to apply for the post of an assistant professor in Indian University and the colleges. But the candidates who have qualify for the assistant professor cannot be considered for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
