The great cricketer Yuvraj Singh and actress Hazel Keech permanently tied the knot on 30th of November, Wednesday as per the Sikh traditions . The wedding was amazing and it was all attended with his family and friends. Yuvraj Singh finally begins new innings in his life after getting married to actress and model Hazel Keech . As Yuvraj belongs to Sikh family the great marriage happened with Sikh traditions at a gurdwara in Punjab’s Fatehgarh Sahib district.
Where cricketer Yuvraj Singh was looking very handsome in a maroon Sherwani with cream colored churidar. As a groom, he was looking very classy with a red turban and Sehraa. Yuvraj also grew his beard specially for the marriage which was adding a great look for his marriage. On the other hand, Hazel Keech was looking very beautiful on her wedding by wearing heavily embroidered, the same maroon shade lehenga with shades of pink on sleeves and head covered with an embroidered dupatta. The couple was looking amazing when they entered the Gurudwara.
The marriage was all done with Sikh traditional and customs and it was all attended by their close family members and friends. There was Anand Karaj path in the gurdwara. Traditional ‘dholis’ and singers were also present outside the gurdwara as part of the great wedding celebrations. And after the Anand Karaj ceremony which also includes four pheras, the couple then did the griha pravesh in their new house which is also in Chandigarh.
The grand marriage ceremony of Yuvraj and Hazel includes Mehandi function, Haldi function, Sangeet function which has happened in Hotel The Lalit, Chandigarh. The Sangeet function was celebrated on 29th of November. The marriage was not attended by his father Yograj Singh but he attended the Sangeet function of his son, where he came with his wife and received by Yuvi himself at the entrance to the venue. While talking to media, Yuvraj’s Mother Shabnam Singh told she is very happy that Yuvraj started new innings in his life.
Now as the marriage is over, the newly-married couple is expected to fly to Goa for again a traditional Bihari-Hindu wedding ceremony as Hazel’s mother is traditional Bihari origin, she wanted to celebrate the wedding according to their traditions as well.
After celebrating the twin traditional wedding ceremonies, the couple will move to Delhi and a grand reception will be held on December 7th. Around 800 guests are expected on their wedding reception.
